Jesca  is a brilliant girl who comes from the Northern part of Kenya, Turkana County. She lives with her mother, two sisters and one brother. They live in an iron roofed house and walls smeared with mad in a communal land and they fetch water from the community hand pump. Her mother is the bread winner who depends on broom making activity. However, the annual income derived from this broom making is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to support the family needs.Jesca goes to a nearby school in the village and performs better in creative art and science. In addition, she loves playing football with her brother and friends during free time. Jesca aspires to be a teacher in future.
