Sponsor A Child

Thenula lives with his parents in a rural community located in the north central province of Sri Lanka. His mother is a home maker and, father is a farmer. Father’s income is not sufficient to provide the basic needs of the family. They live in a half-built house with brick walls and a roof with asbestos sheets. They have access to electricity but do not have sanitation facilities at home. They get drinking water from their neighbor’s well. It is hard to escape poverty. The economic insecurity which families are confronted with mainly connects with the children’s future. Once the children grow, the expenses expand too. Your sponsorship will provide them with access to excellent education, developmental skills, healthcare, and other essential needs. This will help the child to live a fruitful life and by being a sponsor you can be a rainbow in a needy child’s cloud.
