Pricillia is a smart looking girl who is living with her parents and siblings in a family house left to them by the late grandfather of her father. The house is roofed with old zincs that leaks during the rains. It is located in a farming community north of Sierra Leone. The community is deprived of clean drinking water. They fetch water from an open well which causes sicknesses like diarrhoea. Pricillia sleeps with his parents on a locally made bed with grass mattress. Pricillia has not started attending school. Her father is an unpaid community teacher who also doubles as a farmer, growing rice, cassava, and groundnuts. The mother sells cooking ingredients at home. Their combined annual income hardly meet the basic needs of the family. They depend on two meals a day. Pricillia loves playing with local dolls. She is healthy and doing fine at present.
