Keith is a good listener, while with his mother and he also imitates domestic housework activities like washing dishes among others. They live in Mid-western part of Uganda. Keith is the only and oldest child to his parents. The family does small scale farming to support provide food stuff, however, this is done on a small piece of land and the yield is always low due to constant poor farming methods without crop rotation, since most crop grown are beans and maize specifically for food stuff, this is coupled with ever changing climatic conditions. The father also does causal work of construction to supplement on the income from farming, which is inconsistence and unreliable. This worries the family of Keith because he is still a young growing child and may miss a lot for his proper growth especially with insufficient and nutritious foods. This can expose this young growing child to risks of retardation. Your kind sponsorship shall enable Keith and family benefit on our livelihood programs like micro-grant, village saving and loan association besides benefiting on training on home-based care that shall in turn improve on their lives.
