Ndeye is a healthy child who is at primary school. She is said to be calm and timid, but very open to everybody. She enjoys playing with her friends and her sisters.  She and her parents live as tenants in a house where they have access to water and electricity. Her father is a tailor who has a rather large family to care for, whereas his scanty means can hardly enable him to meet the basic food needs. Therefore, some help from the federation woumd be really welcome to take good care of the child.
