This little child Milinda is very fond of playing with his friends and riding bicycles. Milinda lives with his sister and their parents in their own house located in a beautiful village in Moneragala, Sri Lanka. Milinda attends a school in the village and travels to school in a hired vehicle. Their house is partially constructed with bricks. The floor is concreted and the roof is covered with asbestos sheets. The family has access to a water sealed toilet, electricity to light up their little house and use tap water.  Milinda’s father does cultivation work and labor work to generate an income for the family while his mother attends to the house work and looks after her children. He earns an annual income of around USD550/-. However, with this small income, it is very difficult for them to manage their expenses and to provide healthy food for their children. As such, the children and their parents live a very difficult life. It would be ideal if a generous person were to step forward to help little Milinda and his struggling parents, so that the little child could enjoy some nutritious food and continue his education successfully.
