Kweenda lives with her parents and her siblings in a small farming village. Her parents have a small garden where they grow crops like maize and vegetables mainly for consumption though some maize is sold but they do not earn enough to care for all the children as the income they earn is US$300 per year. Sometimes her mother sells tomatoes and vegetables at a near by market to suppliment the income. She sleeps on a mat made of reed without any matress on the floor with her sister. She is not yet in school as she is still young. Her health is in good condition. She enjoys spending time with her friends playing with dolls made of mud. With your support we have hope that he will have a better future.
