Rayna - active girl who comes from the northern part of Kenya, Turkana County. She lives with her mother, father. She also has two sisters and two brothers. They live in a palm thatched mud house in a communal land. They fetch water from a community hand pump whose water is saline and scarce as it is depended on by many households in the community. The family practices charcoal burning and selling activity for economic sustenance. Her mother also practices mat weaving as a livelihood supplementation activity. However, the annual income generated from this economic activity is below 360 US dollars which is not enough to support family basic needs. Her mother therefore decided to approach the office seeking assistance. Rayna is not enrolled in school since she has not attained school going age. While her favorite game is playing with toy cars. She would like to be an air hostess when she grow up and also help the less fortunate people in the community. Your support will bring a lasting change to her life and the family at large.
