Joan is a cool, obedient young girl who lives with both parents in the eastern part of Uganda. She spends time playing dodge ball with her sister and friends in the neighborhood, and helps her mum with domestic activities like collecting firewood cooking, washing plates. Her favorite color is red and she likes rice and meat as her favorite food. The family lives in a small house which is so small for the whole family to shelter in which makes the family especially parents to share a room with children since they are unable to cater themselves a bigger house. The family depends on small scale farming which makes them earn less than 15 dollars on a monthly basis which is unable to cater for family basic needs like food, clothing, medication, education thus making it hard for the family to live a sustainable life. Her health is good. This makes the family considered as deprived, exclusive and vulnerable, your love to sponsor Joan shall be of great achievement and a chance to brighten her future.
