Sallay comes from a small community in the extreme north eastern part of Sierra Leone. Sallay and her family dwell in a four bedroom mud bricks house roofed with old zinc. Sallay is attending primary school in the community and always punctual. She is very accommodating and always has friends around her when going to and after school. Her father is a small scale farmer who grows rice, beans and cassava for home consumption while the mother engages herself in taking care of the children. Harvest is sometime poor due to late planting and the use of crude tools. She is healthy and good looking. Sponsorship will improve her standard of living for a brighter future.
