Lamin lives in the extreme northern part of Sierra Leone. He lives with his parents and siblings in a small mud house with unfinished dirt floors and a leaking roof. His father is of age now and could not embark on any farming activity but his mother is a backyard vegetable gardener where she manages to take care of Lamin and siblings. The family obtains water from an open shallow well 1km away from their house which is unhealthy due to pollution. Lamin is an intelligent boy and is doing well with his school work. In the evening, he engages himself and his siblings in reading and telling folk tales. He enjoys playing football during his leisure time or assist in his little way to wash dishes. Your kind sponsorship is a great blessing for this young boy and enables him to participate in all sponsorship programs.
