Jean is a polite and adorable boy. Since his father’s death, he has been living with his grandmother and siblings in one of the remote villages of the countryside. His grandmother is, like most of the people living in this part of the country, a traditional farmer. She is a brave housewife who also takes care of the house chores. The annual income of US $ 400.00 which the grandmother brings home is hardly enough to solve the family’s basic needs. Jean is attending the village elementary school where he is doing well. After school he enjoys playing soccer with his friends. At home he also likes helping his dad in the tasks and running small errands.
