Sebri was born in Addis Ababa. She lives with her parents and grandmother (her guardian) around a village called Somali Tera. Sebris father is not able to work and hence the breadwinner is Sebris mother who is a petty trader. Her grandmother is a housewife. Sebri is in primary school. She is a healthy girl with no disabilities and enjoys playing toys. Amharic and Siltegna are the mediums of communication within the family The family is currently living a two roomed old house made of mud. Despite the availability of health center in the neighborhood, it lacks necessary laboratory equipments and the government schools do not have enough teaching materials. Sebris family wants to change their lives through income generating activities. Coming from a low income family whose annual income is less than US$ 400, Sebri has been enrolled in ChildFund to get help. Moreover, her family needs program support on different income generating activities and life skill trainings on how to raise children.
